Our most recent CLE, on July 27, was Just the PACSS, Ma’am (Family Law CLE)

PACSS is the acronym for the new Palmetto Automated Child Support System.

The S.C. Department of Social Services will begin implementing the new statewide automated child support system (PACSS) in October 2018. That means changes for family lawyers and custodial and non-custodial parents. Attorneys gathered to hear about the impacts and timeline for the new system — while enjoying some ice cream on us!

Program was pre-approved for 1 hour of CLE credit.

Presenter: Chrissy Brogdon Dingeldine, Executive Vice President, Veritas HHS, who is under contract with DSS to lead the change management efforts for the child support automated system development project.
