The Midlands Mediation Center (MMC), formerly known as the Community Mediation Center, has brought the practice of using mediation to resolve disputes to the Midlands community since 1998. MMC is located on the second floor and across the street from two historically Black College and University, Allen University and Benedict College. We welcome your inquiries and requests for services.

If you are interested in scheduling a mediation with Midlands Mediation Center, please complete the Mediation Intake Form below. MMC provides mediated services for family and civil matters. Civil mediation includes business to business, community, neighbor to neighbor, employee, debt collection, landlord-tenant and other non-criminal disputes. Family mediation is related to family matters specifically to divorce or child custody, support or visitation. If you have a family matter that is not related to the above matter, please complete the “Civil” mediation form.
