What a great start! We began our Restorative Practice Training Conference with 23 people on Friday and we were so pleased that 14 people returned on Saturday to begin our plan for how we’d like to proceed with addressing the trauma youth are experiencing from bullying and racial discrimination.
What’s happening now is that the facilitators, who will be working alongside us for the next six months, are turning all our input from Saturday into a draft plan for our review. We love you, D.G., Raj, Cynthia, and Chris!
We will be reconvening on Thursday morning, January 30, to review and edit the draft. More specifics about this meeting will be shared soon. Meanwhile, please think about who is missing that needs to be at the table as we go forward.
