Sandra graduated with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Furman University. After working in the public sector for 20 years, she received a Masters degree in Human Behavior and Conflict Management from Columbia College.
Sandra has worked primarily in the Insurance Technology field as a business analyst, trainer, manager and independent consultant. She has also worked in the non-profit sector as both a volunteer and as an Executive Director.
Sandra’s passions include programs that empower youth; promote artistic expression; and improve interpersonal communication.
Her long standing service to MMC as an employee, volunteer and board member is rooting in the desire to provide everyone with the opportunity and tools to resolve conflict through communication.
Sandra is married to Steve Francis, the parent of 3 adult children, and enjoys tennis and music.
